With over a decade of experience under our belt and steadliy gaining more knowledge with each day, we want to share what we learned with you. We feel it's best represented all in one place for ease of access. Having worked on residential and commercial projects, we have come in contact with unique challenges. Since most of what we work on is custom to the individual and/or the location, it's difficult to use the same solution in the same way. We make it work for you.
We continue to push the boundaries in design of floor plans to make a space as livable as possible. If you see something that speaks to you, our blueprints are available as-is or can be edited to your exact specifications. If you have a vision that needs to be materialized, we will work with you to create that from scratch. We specialize in engineer approved blueprints for Florida but can work with your local municipality if you are out of state and need to meet certain building requirements. We know how diffucult some counties are to navigate in starting a project. Let us take that pain away. We work on international projects outside of the U.S. as well.
We can build your dream home, or help you build your dream home. If you just want to sign a contract and get the key to the door, we will make that happen. If you want to build the home yourself, but need help assembling the paperwork to get an Owner-Builder permit, we can do that too. When you need to order trusses, blocks, lumber, or any other material, we will pass on our discounts to you. You can choose what works best for you to ensure that dream home gets built. Drafting Services
Putting pen to paper is the first step in designing a space. We work with existing projects for remodel drafting and have hundreds of plans to choose from for a new construction project. If you want a fresh set of blueprints with a collection of your ideas, let's book a time to put it all together. We work with local engineers and truss manufacturers to get the blueprints signed and sealed for Florida building departments. If you choose an existing plan, you won't have to wait for a truss layout or for an engineer to look at the plans for the first time. Projects from scratch take longer to finalize. Existing projects are much quicker to assemble for the county.
New Construction
Our refined plans are what we see everyday. We expect the challenges and and eliminate before them come up for a smooth transition into the next phase. This naturally transfers to everything else. If you have a vision, we can ensure it reaches the finish line.
Remodels and Additions
Our goal is to have as many operations in the construction process occur in house. We realized a lot of time is wasted using the wrong partners or relying on middlemen when they carry no responsibility. We don't know everything of the top of our heads, but we do know the correct questions to ask and who to direct them to. We can help you with adding that sunroom, extending the lanai, enclosing the carport. Tell us what you want. We will tell you how it can be done. Everything is possible but not everything is worth doing. Some renovations cost more than the value it adds. Let us guide you.Permit Packages
You want to build a new house or remodel the one you have and want to do it yourself. Your'e comfortable with all things construction related, but the paperwork to get the permit is a hassle. No problem. We can take care of that for you. Bring your own blueprints if you have them. If you need drafting services, see item one. The goal is to complete the project. If you feel resistance, especially in the early stages, we are most certain we can take care of that headache. Focus on lining up the subcontractors and scheduling delivery for the materials. We'll take care of the paperwork.
Materials and Supplies
For years we have been growing our accounts and building relationships with our suppliers. We want to pass those discounts to you. If there is something you can't quite find or a company will only work with a contractor, order that list through us. Windows, trusses, blocks, lumber packages, drywall and more. You get to pick and choose what exactly you need to ensure you reach the finish line efficiently and under budget.
Kitchen and Bath
You need solid cabinets made from plywood but you don't want the pre assebled particleboard. We can design the cabinets to fit your space perfectly, order and deliver them to you. Out of the selection of colors we have, you'll be able to find a perfect combonation that brings the room together.
